1. Ticket Purchase & Validity

Tickets are valid only for the specified date, time, and entry category.
Tickets once purchased cannot be transferred, exchanged, or resold.
Entry is permitted only with a valid ticket and intact wristband.

2. No Refund Policy

Tickets are non-refundable under all circumstances except event cancellation.
In case of event cancellation (excluding Force Majeure), a full refund will be processed.
No refund claims will be entertained for partial attendance, late entry, or personal reasons.

3. Event Postponement

If the event is postponed, the ticket remains valid for the updated schedule.
No refund claims can be raised outside the process and timeline announced by the organisers.

4. Force Majeure

The organisers shall not be liable for cancellation, delay, or changes due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

Adverse weather conditions
Government orders or restrictions
Public safety threats or force majeure events

5. Entry, Security & Conduct

Attendees must comply with all security checks and venue rules.
Outside food, beverages, weapons, illegal substances, and prohibited items are not allowed.
Organisers reserve the right to deny entry or remove attendees without refund in case of misconduct or safety concerns.

6. Wristbands & Re-entry

Wristbands must remain intact throughout the event.
Damaged or lost wristbands will invalidate re-entry rights.

7. Media & Content Usage

Attendees may be photographed, filmed, or recorded during the event.
By attending, you grant the organisers the right to use such content for promotional and archival purposes without compensation.

8. Liability Disclaimer

Attendance is at the attendee’s own risk.
The organisers are not responsible for loss, theft, injury, or damage to personal property.
Medical assistance will be provided on-site, but liability remains limited.

9. Intellectual Property

All event branding, content, formats, and intellectual property related to Rangeela Bihar belong exclusively to Fourth Wall LLP . Unauthorised usage or reproduction is prohibited.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
